1. Agreement
By using glowmag.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices in USD unless stated; sales tax calculated at checkout where applicable
- We may cancel and fully refund orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud
- Order acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed
3. Accounts
You're responsible for your account credentials and activity. We may suspend accounts for abuse (coupon stacking exploits, chargeback fraud, resale of promotional codes).
4. Promotions & points
- One discount code per order unless marked stackable; codes can't apply to bundles or gift cards unless stated
- Points have no cash value; 100 pts = $1 credit; expire 180 days after unlocking; we may adjust earn rates going forward
- Referral rewards limited to genuinely new customers — self-referrals void
5. Intellectual property
All content (images, nail designs, copy) belongs to GLOWMAG. Customer photos submitted to our gallery grant us non-exclusive display rights (you keep ownership; can request removal anytime).
6. Product use
Our products are cosmetic accessories. Patch-test adhesives; discontinue if irritation occurs. We're not liable for misuse.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to your order value.
8. Governing law
State of California, USA.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes announced by email.
